Production Description:
CS-9806B-L is Two-component organic adhesive silicone glue compounds. Component A is black liquid, Component B is coloreless liquid. Both A and B component can be stored respectively for a long time before mixed. It is mainly used in LED screen potting, circuit board waterproof potting, encapsulation of backlight. Strictly comply with the RoHS requirements
Features:
*This products has good thermal conductivity, heat dissipation, insulation, elasticity, corrosion resistance, weather resisting etc. It is available in a wide temperature range (-60 ~ 200 centigrade) after cured. During the process of curing, It will release ethanol molecules which are non-corrosion to many kinds of materials like PC PP, ABS, PVC and copper. It has good adhesion to the materials (except for PP, PE) for the most of electronic fittings.
*Excellent waterproof and moistureproof and anti-aging performance. No shrinkage in solidification process.
Use and Precautions:
*The colloid contained thermal conductive materials, long-time storage will caused stratification and precipitation. So before using, we should stir A and B component respectively, in that way, then could according to the quality ratio 10: 1 stir into the mixing tank.
*When filling the mixed colloid into potting device, we could not take vacuum deaeration, but if the condition permit we suggest to take vacuum deaeration. This is a room temperature cured products, the curing speed have little to do with the curing temperature. While has a lot to do with the proportion of B content, the more B content, the faster curing speed(B agent adjustment range suggestion is 100: 7-100: 12). At the room temperature it need about 8 hours in curing.
*Unused glue should be sealed storage. The storage period is 10 months(25 centigrade). The mixed glue should be used up at once, to avoid any waste.
*This product is a non-dangerous goods, do not expose to eyes and mouth.
